About us

My name is Jeff Jones. I'm a cyclist committed to the non-suspended bicycle. My ideas and passion have created an exceptional ride - a trail-blazing geometry that delivers superb handling, comfort and efficiency. My bikes are available in titanium and steel, to be ridden off-road (and on) for exploring and racing, adventures and fun. They are outrageously responsive bicycles - frame and forks designed in harmony to provide a rigid bicycle that is anything but. A pure cycling experience like no other.

Jones Fender Blanks

Availability update: We estimate the 105 mm fender blanks to be back in stock mid/late January 2025

Jones Fender Blanks are made from tough, light and durable ABS plastic and are very resistant to impact damage or cracking. They are available in three widths and a longer rear size and shorter front size. These fenders will fit differently on different bikes and will require fitting, measuring, drilling, cutting, deburring, some hardware, and secure installation to be safe and effective. Fender stays sold separately.

  • The 3.85” are perfect for 27.5” Plus / 27.5” x 2.4” - 3” and 29 Plus / 29” x 2.4” - 3”
  • The 4.2” will fit perfect for up to 29 Plus / 29” x 3.25”
  • The 4.8” will fit 26” fat tires and 27.5” x 3.25” and 29” x 2.6”. It’s not a good fit for 29” x 3.25” but could be stretched a little bit to make it fit.

Safety Notice / Warning: Fenders need to be installed securely enough to withstand the roughest riding your bike will encounter without shaking or flexing too much. A flexy or loose fender can get caught on the tire. If this happens the wheel may lock up resulting in a loss of control, injury or even death.
