Fenders
New Jones Fenders!
A few years ago the fenders we had been using on our bikes stopped being produced. We looked but never found a good replacement for them. I had a set on my bike but wanted more and we continued to receive many requests for them. We are happy to announce that we bought the tooling and molds for the fenders and are having them made by the same fabrication company in the USA that made them before.
We do not currently have complete Jones fender kits, sets or installation instructions, but we do have fender blanks and some of the original fender stays in stock now. We plan on offering complete fender sets that will be ready to install on your Jones bike.
Jones Fenders will fit differently on different bikes and will require fitting, measuring, drilling, cutting, deburring, some hardware, and secure installation to be safe and effective.
Fender Blanks are made from tough, light and durable ABS plastic and are very resistant to impact damage or cracking. They are available in three widths and a longer rear size and shorter front size.
Perfect for 29 Plus / 29” x 3”, 27.5 Plus / 27.5" x 3” and fat bikes!
We will be adding more pictures of fenders being installed on bikes and bikes with fenders here as they become available.
