There are three types of derailleur hangers for Jones thru-axle frames: standard, for all types of rear derailleurs; direct mount, for Shimano direct-mount compatible derailleurs, and single speed for when you don't need a hanger at all. Each hanger comes with the two bolts required to install it. Make sure to grease the bolts.
This is the standard hanger that works with most derailleurs.
